The Hunters Inn Booking Policy

 

1. Reservations

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card.
  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent once the reservation is secured.

2. Payment

  • No prepayment is required at the time of booking unless specified.
  • The full balance is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Cash.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made after this period or in the case of a no-show may incur a charge of the full booking amount.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

4. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time: From 4pm
  • Check-out time: By 10:30am
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

5. Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (e.g., more than 4 rooms) may be subject to different terms, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies.

6. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may incur full charges for the booking.

7. Modifications

  • Reservation changes are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
  • Please contact the hotel directly to modify your reservation.

8. Special Requests

  • Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility requirements) must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Taxes and Fees

  • All rates are inclusive/exclusive of local taxes and service charges (based on North Devon Council guidelines).

 

 

 Cancellation Policy

 

  • You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, or fail to arrive without prior notice, the full amount of your booking may be charged.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and will be acknowledged in writing by us.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures once you have checked in.
